Done it again...

Did the 13.6 mi loop again, and then some more, this time with preparations. A Chipotle burrito and some Mac & Cheese 2.5 hours before running, with a 1.5 hour power nap to aid digestion. Felt the excess food go to my throat on occasion, but never once did I vomit! The fix for that is about 2 minutes of walking.

Curiously enough, my feet and shins did not hurt, even after the run. The pain was localized to where my upper leg and torso connect (on my right side). Also, my body did not stiffen up until the final two miles. An encouraging sign.

Mas or Menos

After a weekend of binge drinking and epic burrito consumption, the trudging continues! (Also, I had to overcome my BJJ aches) However, I am starting to tire of the local vistas. I gotta start driving to places for a run now.

This was my brief route.

Still Going...

... despite recent foot complications. Took a 4 day hiatus and was forced to tone down my mileage and pace.
